This organic neutral coconut oil has been gently deodorized with steam and is therefore odorless and tasteless.This makes it the ideal choice for anyone who wants to skip the coconut flavor for a change when cooking or baking.
Where comparable fats reach their limits, our neutral coconut oil can handle a lot thanks to its high smoke point of up to 200 °C. As a result, even at high temperatures—such as when baking or deep-frying—no harmful trans fatty acids are formed. So when things get hot in the kitchen, our all-purpose oil is the perfect alternative to standard hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated cooking and baking fats.

The difference between our organic coconut oil and our organic neutral coconut oil is that our organic neutral coconut oil undergoes vacuum steam deodorization during production. In this process, steam is passed through the coconut oil, removing flavor and odor compounds.
But that’s all there is to it, because unlike industrially produced coconut fat, our product is neither chemically treated nor laced with preservatives. In addition, cheap frying and baking fats are often (partially) hydrogenated at high temperatures, causing the final product to contain high levels of harmful trans fats. These should be avoided due to their negative health effects.

Thanks to its high smoke point, our organic neutral coconut oil is not only suitable for cooking, but especially for baking, searing, or deep-frying. For any recipes where you’d like to temporarily avoid the coconut aroma and flavor of our organic coconut oil—without sacrificing its valuable nutrients—our cooking fat is an excellent alternative.
