Our organic C8 C10 MCT oil is made from 100% fresh coconuts. We do not mix in any palm or rapeseed oil; instead, we rely exclusively on a blend of the two most effective MCTs—caprylic and capric acids—to offer you a high-quality and effective product. With 60% C8 and 40% C10, both fatty acids are in a balanced ratio to allow them to take full effect.
Although capric acid (C10) is metabolized slightly more slowly than caprylic acid (C8), its performance-enhancing effect lasts longer. Beginners should increase their dose gradually and B start with about 1 tspB . The dose can be gradually increased to a maximum of 2 tbsp per day.
