Within maximum 72 hours of being harvested, the freshly-harvested organic coconuts are hand shelled by our Philippine small farmers and processed at below 38 °C in a first cold press to produce our organic coconut oil. Dr. Goerg organic coconut seasoning oil with organic cinnamon extract has a shelf life of up to 18 months. Store organic coconut seasoning oil sealed at room temperature and keep away from direct sunlight. The seasoning oil solidifies below 24° C. This does not impair the premium organic quality.
