According to ancient Asian traditionsMatcha can be compared to wine: There are various quality levels which are used for different purposes. Top-quality Matcha will for example be used for ceremonies. As a rule of thumb it can be said that the higher the quality the darker the color and the milder the taste. High-quality Matcha is also rich in amino acids, especially l-theanine which has a calming effect. In order to provide you with the maximum benefit we have chosen an organically certified Matcha as the basis of our Matcha de Coco. A Matcha which ranks among the top 3 varieties used by Japans renowned tea house Aiya. This variety offers a mixture of catechines (143 mg/g) including 73 mg/g of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), as well as amino acids (26.65 mg/g, of which 12.37 mg/g are L-Theanine). In order to preserve all vital substances, our Matcha de Coco comes in a purple-colored jar to protect it from light, moisture and other harmful influences. This way its premium quality is guaranteed. Matcha is obtained from the tea plant camellia sinensis. Four weeks prior to being harvested, the plants are carefully shaded to achieve a higher accumulation of chlorophyll and amino acids. The young, strong leaves will then be handpicked once a year by experienced professionals. First they are steamed in order to prevent the leaves fermentation process and to retain their valuable vital substances. Black tea on the other hand, is roasted. After their steam bath, the leaves are dried at high temperatures. A sensory specialist will then classify the leaves according to their quality. Afterwards, the leaves are relieved of stems and veins, and then cut and mixed with other leaves with corresponding quality. They are evaluated by a professional tea taster who will assign and price the leaves according to their quality. Only towards the end of the manufacturing process the leaf blends are carefully and gently ground by granite mills into fine Matcha powder. The slower this process is, the better the result. The Matcha we obtain from a renowned Japanese tea house is harvested, processed and evaluated by absolute professionals. The right way to prepare your Matcha teaThe preperation of Matcha has been a long standing part of Asian traditions. About 600 AD, the preparation of Matcha was established as a part of the traditional Far Eastern medicine in China. Monks would manufacture this delicious tea in temple gardens. They dried the leaves to ground them into powder. They would drink Matcha tea during their daily ceremonies and it was quickly established as a ritual tea. A Buddhist monk, who became aware of the teas healing powers, introduced it to Japan. Matcha became the focal point of Japanese tea ceremonies as well as Japanese culture. Matcha has been linked to Zen and meditation ever since. Preparation: Add 1 2 tea spoons of the powder to a mug and pour 80 °C hot water over it. Beat until frothy. The higher and firmer the foam, the better the taste. You can also mix Matcha de Coco with other drinks like milk or milk alternatives and even dishes like desserts or muesli. Ich bin durch eine Probepackung darauf aufmerksam geworden. Einfachen grünen Tee mag ich nicht, aber dieser Machtcha schmeckt. Ich nehme aber nur einen halben Teelöffel auf eine Tasse. Sonst ist er mir zu stark, und er macht wach.

Köstlich als Matcha Latte, gemischt mit einem Löffel hochwertigerem Matcha mein Allday-Favorit! Das Glas wird für weitere Matchas aus Nachfüllpackungen wiederverwendet. Übrigens wäre das auch noch eine schöne Alternative: Dr. Goerg Matcha de Coco in einer Nachfüllpackung.\nNegativ: Die Etiketten lassen sich sehr schwer bis gar nicht von den Gläsern entfernen.

Genieße jeden Morgen mein Matcha Tee.Zubereitung: 1 Holzteelöffel voll Matcha Tee in eine Große Tasse, mit 70°C Wasser halbvoll aufgießen, mit Bambusbesen schaumigschlagen, 1 Teelöffel Kokusöl dazu.--Lecker,Leker und Genießen. meine Erfahrung: nicht nach 15:00 Uhr genießen, es sei den du hast Nachschicht.!

Das Produkt ist sehr gut. Ich trinke es morgens gerne als Tee mit Reis-Kokos-Milch. Es ist ein sanfter Wach-Macher und ist allen zu empfehlen, die morgens schwer in die Gänge kommen. Für mich besser als Kaffee, da sich die Wirkung langsam entfaltet, die Energie hält und langsam wieder geht.
