Three days after harvesting – at the latest – and no more than one hour after shelling, the white pulp is cold pressed, resulting in excellent bio-coconut oil. These regular controls keep confirming the high quality of our coconut oil. For instance, its lauric acid content of 59,42% exceeds international standards, making our oil the top-of-the-line product worldwide. Its very low peroxide value of 0.3 is excellent.
